Tub to Shower Conversion in Colorado Springs

Another exciting project we wrapped up in 2025 was a tub-to-shower conversion tailored for a pair of elderly homeowners. Every remodel has its own story—and this one came with just the right mix of challenges and creativity. The new shower isn’t fully curbless, but we brought the threshold down to just a quarter-inch for easy access. Using Schluter rail, we achieved a clean, seamless transition from the bathroom floor to the shower pan. To add comfort and functionality, we installed a heated floor system—perfect for keeping the space warm and welcoming year-round. All tile was locally sourced from Floor & Decor right here in Colorado Springs, tying craftsmanship and community together in one smooth finish.
